OFFICE MEMORANDUM

In order to facilitate publication of the ‘Directory of Civil Accounts Organization and List of PAOs under Ministries/Departments rendering Monthly Accounts to CGA’ with updated data, it has been decided to collect information from the original sources, i.e., the concerned Pr.AOs.  Accordingly, an excel file with the existing details of the PAOs and Principal Accounts Offices has been made available with the heading ‘Pr.AO_PAO Data’ under the link ‘IT related Orders and Circulars’ in  CGA’s website viz., http://www.cga.nic.in/.  All Principal Accounts Offices are requested to download this excel file from the website, update the following columns with the current data as on 01.06.2012 and sent the excel file by email to sys@nic.in for compilation of the information. 

A duly signed print out of the updated data pertaining to Controllers may also be sent by post or special messenger to Deputy CGA, ITD, in confirmation of the updation carried out in the records and conveyed by e-mail latest by 15^th June 2012.
